PET

A pet (or companion animal) is a household animal kept for a person's enjoyment, as opposed to livestock, laboratory animals, working animals and sport animals which are kept for economic reasons. The most popular pets are noted for their attractive appearances and their loyal or playful personalities. Their pedigree may also be a factor.
In some cases pets may also provide their owners with benefits, such as providing companionship to elderly adults who do not have adequate social interaction with other people. While some people believe in the physical and emotional benefits of owning a pet, scientists are currently working to verify these ideas with medical studies. There is now a medically approved class of "therapy animals", mostly dogs, that are brought to visit confined humans.

7 BASIC RULES FOR CHOOSING THE RIGHT PUPPY

Buying the right puppy is not as simple as it may seem. For a first dog owner, it is advised you discuss it with a veterinary doctor. It is often said that puppies choose their new owners rather  than the other way round, believe me there is much truth about to this claim.

An overly shy puppy may have socialization problems later. The puppy that comes forward from the cage, asking to be chosen is probably the right one.
Like the rules of the thumb, the following succinctly written rules will guide you in choosing the right puppy:
1.       Make sure there is no discharge from the eyes.

2DAY'S BOLDDOG: LHASA APSO

The Lhasa Apso originated in the area of Tibet over 4,000 years ago as a small breed of mountain wolf. They were domesticated and actively bred perhaps as long ago as 800 BC, which makes it one of the oldest recognized breeds in the world. Referred to in Tibet as Apso Seng Kyi, which can be translated as "Bearded Lion Dog", the Lhasa's primary function was that of a household sentinel, guarding the homes of Tibetan nobility and Buddhist monasteries, particularly in or near the sacred city of Lhasa.
